I’m a Fitness Coach with a degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Pre-Physical Therapy. My coaching philosophy is rooted in helping individuals achieve overall fitness and build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle—empowering them to move well and live fully at any stage of life.
